How could you forget Moore’s Inlet? OK, they tore Moore’s Inlet down so they could put up beautiful Condominiums. Well, the asking price was over $1,000,000. They are now going up for auction, yes, auction. Starting bid is $175,000. The auction will be on May 4, 2008.
A little advice for you. Before you get all excited, ask what the condo fees are per month.
